Do I need to know which job I want?
No. You can start from a job, a role, a certification or a school (AI or System Design). If you do not know yet, pick a goal (first job, return to work, level up, switch field) and we show role standards built from real job postings, with what each one asks for. You can change target without losing what you have proven.
Does this guarantee an interview?
No, and be wary of anyone who says it does. What changes is what you send: a CV where every line holds up and a Passport the recruiter can check on their own.
How long does it take?
Building your path takes about 3 minutes. The first measurement, about 15. Before any measurement you see how long it takes and how many answers it uses.
What if the result disagrees with how I see myself?
The measurement wins. Your estimate helps pick a target but never enters the result. The screen shows the difference without judgment and tells you what to practice.
Who sees my results?
