Mid-level
Leads the design of campaigns and digital pieces from brief to execution, guiding where the viewer looks.
You take a brief, develop an ad concept and adapt it for web, social and other formats while keeping the brand consistent. You also write and maintain parts of the guidelines. What changes from junior is that you originate ideas instead of only executing them.

Visual Hierarchy
Pourquoi : Lets you make a promo banner read in the right order, headline then offer then button, using size and contrast rather than adding more elements.
Logo Systems
Pourquoi : Lets you build the responsive variants and lockups a brand needs for partner co-branding or a small app icon, and define when each applies.
Brand Guidelines
Pourquoi : Lets you write a guide that covers visual, verbal and experience standards so other designers and agencies can work without asking you.
Ad Creative
Pourquoi : Lets you develop a headline and visual that carry one clear idea, and choose between several concepts before spending production time.
Multi-Format Campaigns
Pourquoi : Lets you take one concept from a print ad to a vertical video and an outdoor board without it looking like three different campaigns.
Web Design Direction
Pourquoi : Lets you direct a site redesign across desktop and mobile, choosing interaction patterns and visual rules that developers can implement as designed.
Social Media Design
Pourquoi : Lets you adapt visuals to each platform's format and habits, such as a LinkedIn carousel versus a TikTok cover, instead of reposting one asset.
Creative Briefing
Pourquoi : Lets you question a vague client request and turn it into a brief with a clear audience and goal before design work starts.
