Lo que cada nivel debe demostrar

Mid-level

Accountable for designing complete learning experiences, from needs analysis to tool and platform choices.

You own a course from brief to launch: choose the design model, write scenarios and scripts, build in authoring tools and publish to the LMS. You work with subject-matter experts without a senior checking every step. The change from junior is that you pick the approach and its tools.

Ruta de estudio de este nivel: Instructional Designer

  • Motivation & Engagement Models

Por qué: You can use ARCS to find where learners lose interest in a mandatory compliance course and fix that point, not the whole course.

  • ADDIE & SAM Frameworks

Por qué: You can choose iterative SAM when stakeholders keep changing requirements and ADDIE when scope is fixed and sign-off is formal.

  • Learner Analysis & Personas

Por qué: You can run a needs analysis that shows whether the problem is training at all, before the team spends weeks building a course.

  • Scenario-Based Learning Design

Por qué: You can write a branching scenario where a sales rep faces a difficult customer, so learners practice the decision and not only read the policy.

  • Media Selection & Scripting

Por qué: You can decide that a procedure needs a short video and a policy only needs text, and write the narration so it fits the budget.

  • Authoring Tools

Por qué: You can pick Rise for a quick module and Storyline for one with custom interactions, and build it without rework late in the schedule.

  • LMS & LXP Platforms

Por qué: You can set up enrollment, tracking and a learning path in the LMS so a new-hire program assigns itself and reports completion.
