Mid-level
Measures account health, rescues at-risk customers and begins to find growth inside the existing base.
You manage a portfolio and are expected to explain why accounts are healthy or not, with evidence. When a customer threatens to cancel you lead the rescue, and afterwards you study why it happened. Compared with junior, you move from reacting to individual signals to using a system that surfaces them.

Risk Identification
Why: Lets you separate noise from a real warning across a portfolio, such as a champion leaving combined with a usage drop, and prioritize the account that needs you today.
Health Score Design
Why: Lets you build a score from usage, support and sentiment that flags accounts before renewal, and recognize when a green score hides a problem.
Churn Root Cause Analysis
Why: Lets you review a lost account and tell whether the cause was the product, the onboarding or the fit, so the same loss is not repeated in the next ten accounts.
Save Plays
Why: Lets you run an escalation when a customer sends a cancellation notice, bringing in an executive and a concrete recovery plan inside the notice window.
Expansion Identification
Why: Lets you see that a team is hitting its seat limit or that a neighboring department has no license, and qualify that as a real opportunity for sales.
