What each level must prove

Mid-level

Leads the design of campaigns and digital pieces from brief to execution, guiding where the viewer looks.

You take a brief, develop an ad concept and adapt it for web, social and other formats while keeping the brand consistent. You also write and maintain parts of the guidelines. What changes from junior is that you originate ideas instead of only executing them.

  • Visual Hierarchy

  • Ad Creative

Why: Lets you take one concept from a print ad to a vertical video and an outdoor board without it looking like three different campaigns.

  • Web Design Direction

Why: Lets you direct a site redesign across desktop and mobile, choosing interaction patterns and visual rules that developers can implement as designed.

  • Creative Briefing
